The Answers You Are Seeking In MLM Are Within YOU

I would like to share with you a story that happened today and I will change the name of the parties involved and not mention the name of the company.
I had a phone call today from someone I talked to about a month and a half ago about Mentoring For Free, she loves her company and the products because the company is “ Green” , hmm, that may give it away, we’ll see. Lacy ( not her real name) has since discovered that the products are not totally “Green”, environmentally that is. And that there have been some lawsuits place against some of the distributors. Still she has questions. I don’t blame her. Just as you do not want to jump into a Company based on emotion and the bells and whistles you also do not want to abandon one based on a few bad eggs.
   Lacy’s enthusiasm is astounding for her company and for her being so new to the whole realm of network marketing ,she has great courage for approaching the public. However, upon talking with her today for several hours, I could hear the frustration very clearly in her voice that she was not happy. Just the fact that she called me after all that time was clear indication that she was looking for some answers. Sadly , I cannot supply them. I can give her understanding, I can give her direction, I can give her information. I can not give her answers. This she must do herself.
   For only when we discover the answer for ourselves, are we truly ready to hear them. We have to be ready to take the blinders off, step back , be open minded and allow ourselves to become a sponge to absorb the information need to make a life changing decision . But no one can GIVE you the answers.
    There are many free books and information on how to evaluate companies and based on personal experience I recommend you read some.
     When joining an MLM Company far too many ( and I use to include myself ) make the mistake of not realizing what needs to be involved in researching the Company, reading the Policies & Procedures and doing some investigating on the products or service they will be providing. It is not as hard as it sounds and can be a real life and frustration saver.
When evaluating a Company look for these 5 key things:
1. Does the Company Management have personal experience building their own networking organization?        And have they done it with INTEGRITY
2.Has the company passed the “ early failure” time line? Are the products timed with a massive trend of           customer demand?
3.Does the company have a remarkable product at a reasonable price?
4. Does the Compensation Plan pay the Part Timers?
5.Does you Sponsor offer a System for Success that will work for you?

I won’t give you answers, but what I will give you is the same thing I gave Lacy. My time. My understanding. My experience and direction. YOU must learn the answers . But I will be there with you.

Don't Let the Recession Touch You

There is a recession...just ask anyone that doesn't have a job.According to The Bureau of Labor
Statistics, the unemployment rate has more than doubled in the last decade.
Lets look at just one industry . New Construction.We all know that the construction worker does all the building of a new house, those guys and gals are work horses,so no new construction of course no jobs for them.The bigger picture are the Warehouses that supply everything for the jobs right down to the smallest nail.When you think of everyone involved in building a house it is truly endless.
Now, how do You stay Recession Proof? There is never a guaranteed way. We need people in the warehouses, in construction, in fast food....in every industry. But there are over 19 million in MLM that as long as they are with a 5 Pillar Company and have read their Policies & Procedures and understand them, they can BE Recession Proof. I am not talking about the scam websites that have you just promoting that website to have someone send you money or Cash gifting. I am talking about a real Home Business making over $10,000.00 a month.
Think about how many people are losing weight and taking vitamins each month. It is a real industry that is done online. But you must know your Policies & Procedures. One Company just gave their Distributors their "PINK SLIPS" with a 30 day notice that their services were not needed any more.They spent Years working and building for that company only to be told "Thanks". KNOW YOUR POLICIES & PROCEDURES.
Have I said know your Policies & Procedures yet? I am a Mentor for Network Marketers. I will give You the skills you need to make it in MLM . I can Guarantee your success is #1 you are Coach Able and #2 You are with a 5 Pillar Company. Should you not know what a 5 Pillar company is I will show you. Don't get caught in the trap of losing your lives work because of one little word in your Policies & Procedures. Nothing is a formality, it is in there because they intend to use it. Been there, done that, crawled out.
Sorry this was suppose to be about recession proof and I got off on a tangent. I will be discussing more about 5 Pillars and the MLM industry, for now the best advice I can offer and is FREE, so we can all afford it is an Ebook that will help you to understand more of where I am coming from and we will be on the same page when you read my next Blog.
